Dear friends, today we are going to reveal the last unknown in our program, the plenary session that opens the conference. Oleg Bunin, an expert in high availability systems and organizer of the most successful tech conferences in Russia, their brand name Highload having become a generic term for high availability in Russian language, is going to tell us everything that he thinks about PostgreSQL and, most important of all, about the Russian PostgreSQL community. To be honest, we're a bit nervous about it since we have no idea whether Oleg is going to praise postgres and our community or fault it for being inert and disorganized. In any case, it promises to be interesting.
