    Roman Druzyagin has been in the area of commercial product development for over a decade.

    In his roles he built and supervised teams and led the development of PostgreSQL applications with high availability requirements.

    As an independent consultant Roman helps internet companies achieve success in high availability projects and distributed systems applications.

    Roman worked with PostgreSQL throughout his career and supported open source initiatives through activities such as PG Day Russia.

    Ilya Kosmodemiansky

    Ilya Kosmodemiansky

    Ilya is a CEO and Co-founder of Data Egret, a consultancy that offers remote PostgreSQL administration and support globally.

    He has been an active member of PostgreSQL community for several years now, supporting the organisation of European events such as Postgres Europe and FOSDEM PGDay, serving on a Coc and Sponsorship committees and recently he was elected as vice-treasurer of Postgres Europe.

    Ilya is co-hosting Postgres.tv and its Russian equivalent #RuPostgres that encourage the discussion around Postgres and provide a stage to Postgres contributors, DBAs, hackers and advocates.

    Ilya is striving to promote PostgreSQL's mainstream version globally with events such as PG Day Russia.

    Maryana Luchuk

    Maryana is an accomplished event organiser, who brings to PG Day Russia her experience in the organisation of online and offline conferences, meet-ups, seminars and large events in both private and public sector.

    In recent years, her focus was international client relations and organisational culture development.

    This year, Maryana once again joined PG Day Russia organisers where her experience helps in creating this exciting event that captures PostgreSQL ecosystem.

    Valeria Kaplan

    Active member of PostgreSQL community, serving on PGFG (funds group) and pgUS user group committee, Valeria contributed to the adoption of Postgres Coc for Russian Federation and spoke at PGconf.EU conference.

    Valeria is Marketing & Sales Director at Data Egret and is working towards PostgreSQL user base growth globally.
